Woah, how on earth are these two celebrating their two year anniversary? It’s hard to think two years ago today we were in Maui and Mel and Dan had just said their I Do’s! I thought it would be fun to share some images from their incredible wedding at Gannon’s in Maui. It’s fun to look back on work from two years ago and see how much I’ve grown. Even with that growth this wedding is still one of my favorites! Here’s a quick look back on this gorgeous destination wedding in Maui! Happy Anniversary you two! xoxo
Top Pot Doughnuts and Coffee, what could be a better setting for a first date! The more I think about it, the more romantic it sounds. Less noise, a calm setting, nothing but the sugar from the doughnuts effecting your mood. What a perfect spot to begin your future together. I’m so happy these two had their own ideas about their engagement photos. It was a no brainer to start their E session at the location of their first date! How adorable are these photos of them at Top Pot in Queen Anne GUYS!! Plus, we literally had the place all to ourselves! This is only the first of two or three posts from their E session. We had three totally different looks and I LOVE all the photos. I’m so excited for their wedding at Karma Vineyards next Summer! Read More
Are you looking for an Urban Senior Session? Well, I’m so excited to share this gorgeous studio space that you can add onto your session. It’s located in the heart of downtown Seattle and has so much personality. Unfortunately Fall is upon us, which means rainy weather. I think this is the perfect spot for a two hour session, one hour inside for an urban, modern feel, followed by your second hour outside. If your interested in this location be sure to reach out in advance so we can schedule it. Kelly and Gretchen you two rocked it! Im super excited to have Gretchen back in front of my camera this weekend for her full Senior session.
This Pioneer Square Senior session was so much fun. We had totally different plans for our location, but sometimes you have to go with the flow. After our change in plans we headed to Kings Street Station. I had never been before and all I can say is Wow, I want to plan another session and go back, ASAP!! These two trusted me and went with the flow, we ventured into Pioneer Square and Occidental Square…during lunch hour on a Weds. So yes we had to be creative to avoid a hundred people in our photos. I knew M&S were going to be a blast a week before their session as they started to text me outfit ideas. These two sending me silly selfies from the dressing room with different outfits, I LOVED their excitement. I want you to spend time thinking about your outfits. Ask me for advice, lets make your session the best it can possibly be. Michele and Shannon thank you for being So much fun!!!
This wildflower maternity session that took place at Discovery Park was STUNNING, simply stunning! When this sweet momma to be first inquired she knew she wanted flowers. She had seen a recent maternity session I did at the Quad when the Cherry Blossom were in full bloom. I quickly panicked and thought what would ever compare to that?! Low and behold, let me introduce you all to my new fav flower(or plant, whatever it is) the Sweet Pea. I’m obsessed, the color, the height, pure perfection, see you later Cherry Blossoms:) Nothing is better than hearing what my clients want and being able to deliver that and beyond. Kami and Geoff, wow, what a dream to photograph. I think it’s because they know the secret. Focus on each other NOT me, thats the trick folks. Embrace the one you love, laugh, don’t take it too serious. Congrats Kami and Geoff I cant wait for you to meet your sweet pea(pun intended)
